Job Summary

We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can balance the technical demands of user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design with the artistic flair of traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in shaping the user experience across our digital products while also supporting various departments with compelling marketing and brand visuals.

From mobile applications to website redesigns, and from promotional flyers to corporate presentations, your work will directly impact our brand and how clients interact with our services.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements and innovation
• Design high-quality visual assets for use in digital marketing, social media, and print (banners, brochures, posters, etc.)
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements
• Work alongside marketing, business development, and product teams to translate business goals into effective visual communication
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design
• Present design concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a balanced mix of design thinking, technical expertise, and creative expression. We are looking for someone who is not only visually talented but also analytically minded when it comes to user experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and optionally Adobe XD
• Familiarity with responsive design principles for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and graphic design work
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

• Experience working in the contracting, engineering, or real estate industries
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (not required but helpful for design-to-development handoff)
• Animation or video editing skills using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Photography or branding experience
