Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience:
Applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, regardless of the industry. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any front-facing service position, your experience will be considered valuable. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, handle guests professionally, and maintain a warm, presentable demeanor at all times.

Age Requirement:
We are currently considering applicants up to the age of 38. Presentation and professionalism are important for this role, so we are looking for someone confident, well-groomed, and pleasant.

Nationality Preferences:

We are currently accepting applications from female candidates with the following nationalities:

• Bhutanese
• Filipino
• Indian
• Myanmar (Burmese)
• Tunisian

This preference is based on our current team’s dynamics and diversity needs. However, all applicants who meet the other criteria are encouraged to inquire.

Visa Status:

To apply, you must currently be in Kuwait and hold a valid Visa 18 (Ahali or Masharee’ Saghira - Small Projects visa). Please note that we are not considering Visa 20 (domestic) or overseas applicants at this time. This hiring is strictly for those already residing and working in Kuwait who are ready to transfer and join immediately.
