Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and plan projects from the ground up in alignment with company objectives
Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Communicate effectively in both English and Kuwaiti Arabic dialect with stakeholders at all levels
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on track
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and project updates
Facilitate meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with key stakeholders
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related queries and coordination
Work onsite and offsite as needed to ensure hands-on coordination and progress tracking
