Role Summary

As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of the company and supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes implementing HR policies, resolving internal issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of managing HR operations in a medium-to-large organization

  • Familiarity with internal audit processes and legal compliance
