- Respond to IT-related issues through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email
- Analyze and resolve basic hardware and software issues on time
- Provide support for both routine and unexpected technical problems
- Resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and user accounts
- Escalate unresolved or complex problems to higher-level IT staff when necessary
- Follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software applications

- Support the asset management process by tagging and logging new equipment
- Assist in tasks related to Windows Server and system administration
- Support basic server monitoring and system maintenance under supervision
- Help implement regular backups and scheduled updates
- Perform periodic checks on IT equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Help run system diagnostics and implement preventive actions when needed
- Participate in regular maintenance activities to keep systems running smoothly
- Provide basic training and instructions to users on IT tools, software, and systems
- Assist staff with best practices to improve productivity and reduce technical errors
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk services, or technical troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics
- Experience with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and helpdesk protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and the patience to walk users through solutions
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple support requests efficiently
Language Proficiency:
- Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Residency:
