Position: Female Sales Associate

• Job Title: Sales Associate (Female)
• Location: Various Cozmo branches across Kuwait
• Nationality Preference: Open to applicants from India, Nepal, and Bhutan

We are actively searching for female candidates currently living in Kuwait who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced, interactive setting. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate, your role will focus on creating a great experience for customers who visit Cozmo locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product or service inquiries
• Providing accurate information about promotions, games, activities, and retail items
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions smoothly
• Ensuring displays and game areas are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
• Helping with restocking, merchandising, and inventory when needed
• Resolving customer concerns in a professional, timely manner
• Creating an energetic and welcoming environment where customers feel valued
• Collaborating with your team to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations

Your primary goal will be to leave a positive and lasting impression on every guest who walks through the door, making sure they leave happy and eager to return.

Who We're Looking For

We believe that skills can be taught, but attitude is everything. Here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Female applicants only (as per current team requirements)
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait
• Must belong to one of the following nationalities: India, Nepal, or Bhutan
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in approaching and interacting with customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Must be comfortable working in a busy, energetic environment
• Basic knowledge of handling POS systems or willingness to learn
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
