• Arab Nationality (Male) – Due to the nature of the work and company requirements, this position is open to Arab male applicants only.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) – Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. You should be comfortable preparing reports, discussing financial data, and communicating with your team in both languages.
• Educational Qualifications – You must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (like CPA, CMA, or ACCA) are a plus, especially for the Senior Accountant position.
• Work Experience – Prior hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting is a must. The level of experience required will vary depending on the position you’re applying for (see below).
• Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. You must be comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and using Excel for financial analysis. Experience in accounting software (like QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, or SAP) will also be highly valued.
• Transferable Visa (Local Hire) – Candidates already in Kuwait with a transferable visa are preferred, as this will allow a faster onboarding process.
