We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our group-wide marketing strategy. If you're a creative brand storyteller and a data-driven strategist, this is your chance to make an impact across six countries.

About the Role:

This leadership role requires a marketing visionary who can manage multiple brands, oversee a high-performing team, and deliver real results across both traditional and digital channels. The role is split between our head office in Kuwait and our marketing base in Dubai, offering a flexible hybrid setup.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Spearheading the full-spectrum marketing strategy for 15+ brands across the GCC
  • Overseeing functions including branding, digital marketing, PR, CRM, content creation, loyalty programs, and social media
  • Leading high-impact campaigns for new store launches, limited-time offers, and key partnerships
  • Managing budgets, performance tracking, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business KPIs
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Culinary, and Finance to support business growth
  • Guiding external agencies, setting creative direction, and nurturing influencer relationships

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • A strong track record of managing multi-brand strategies across diverse markets
  • Deep understanding of the GCC market landscape — from customer preferences to media behavior
  • Proven ability to grow brands through digital marketing and data-driven insights
  • A confident, emotionally intelligent leader who isn’t afraid to be hands-on

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Arabic is an advantage, though not required

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid role: Based between Kuwait (HQ) and Dubai, with regional travel as needed
