A well-established F&B company in Kuwait is looking for a qualified and driven HR Manager to oversee and strengthen its human resources operations. If you’re passionate about building strong teams and creating positive workplace cultures, this role could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
As HR Manager, you will lead and manage a broad range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and performance management.
Your Main Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process
- Managing employee relations and fostering a collaborative workplace environment
- Ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and handling visa documentation
- Coordinating training programs, career development, and performance evaluations
- Supervising payroll, benefits, and employee documentation
- Working closely with department heads on strategic workforce planning
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B sector
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and visa procedures
- Proven ability to lead recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
- Asian nationals preferred
- A Transferable Visa (Article 18) is required
