A well-established F&B company in Kuwait is looking for a qualified and driven HR Manager to oversee and strengthen its human resources operations. If you’re passionate about building strong teams and creating positive workplace cultures, this role could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:

As HR Manager, you will lead and manage a broad range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and performance management.


Your Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process
  • Managing employee relations and fostering a collaborative workplace environment
  • Ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and handling visa documentation
  • Coordinating training programs, career development, and performance evaluations
  • Supervising payroll, benefits, and employee documentation
  • Working closely with department heads on strategic workforce planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B sector
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and visa procedures
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Asian nationals preferred
  • A Transferable Visa (Article 18) is required
