HR Manager – FMCG / F&B Sector (Kuwait-Based)

We're an expanding business with multiple outlets in Jahra, Shuwaikh, and Qurain, and we're currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish
  • Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support a positive work culture
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s labor laws and internal company policies
  • Oversee payroll, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team performance
  • Work closely with outlet managers to meet staffing needs across branches
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster team morale
  • Lead performance reviews and appraisals to support employee growth

Candidate Profile:

  • Asian nationality preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within the FMCG or F&B sector
  • Fluent in Hindi, Arabic, and English — strong communication is a must
  • Solid understanding of Kuwait labor laws and industry-standard HR practices
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities across different locations under pressure
