Position: HR Manager

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a background in the fast-paced FMCG or F&B industry? Do you speak Hindi, Arabic, and English fluently? We want to hear from you if you're ready to take the lead in a dynamic, multi-branch environment.
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee HR operations across several key locations, including Jahra, Shuwaikh, Qurain, and our expanding online division.What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring all HR practices align with Kuwait’s labor laws and internal policies
- Supporting outlet managers in managing staffing and operational HR issues
- Creating a workplace culture that’s both compliant and motivating
- Coordinating payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the FMCG or F&B sector
- Must be fluent in Hindi, Arabic, and English
- Solid knowledge of Kuwait’s labor regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
